I can help to explore the options available to you if you are thinking of making changes to your property. I do this by looking at the property and reviewing the space to see what changes can be made objectively. I will support you in the review process by looking at it from all angles and getting to the bones of the property and what you are wanting to achieve. This could be purely cosmetic or could include a combination of decoration and renovation, layout reconfiguration and/or an extension. I will work with you and your Architect/construction company to ensure all options are explored prior to finalising any designs or before committing to the project.

 

If you have not appointed an Architect, Planning Consultant or Contractor then I have strong connections with companies based in Harrogate, Saltaire, York and surrounding areas and can recommend one to you. It is important to ensure everyone understands your vision and I can help with this.
