INTERIOR DESIGN CONCEPTS & PRESENTATION BOARDS

My approach to interior design means that I want to get to know you, fully understand you and what you are looking for from your property. I then tailor my approach to your individual interior design needs.

Whether that is for one room in your home or commercial property, a full interior design scheme, renovation or remodelling. My mission is to produce an amazing design concept that helps you get the most out of your property.

I will create a concept and produce presentation/mood boards, product specifications, technical drawings and, where required, 3D visuals to help demonstrate the scheme. I want you to be able to visualise the final design and see exactly how the space will come together. 

 
When it comes to more complex projects such as remodelling, renovating or extending the property I will work with your Architect, Planning Consultant and construction company, developing concepts and working as one team. If you have not appointed an Architect, Planning Consultant or Contractor then I have strong connections with companies based in Leeds, Harrogate, Saltaire, York and surrounding areas and can recommend one to you. It is important to ensure everyone understands your vision and I can help with this. By developing an interior design concept for you I will work to make sure everyone involved fully understands the design and exactly what needs to be done to make it a reality. I can act as a single point of contact and manage and coordinate the services which may be required, such as Architects, specialist services/trades, skilled craftsmen and local authorities, to ensure everyone works together to deliver the end concept or work with your chosen contractor.
